Course Description

These courses do not certify anyone as a firearms instructor and graduates cannot teach others GLOCK Professional Inc. factory classes.
Please note that this is a shooting course and it may be on an outdoor range - please bring clothing for the weather.

AC - Armorers course (1 Day)

Learn how to safely use and maintain your weapon in a one day (8 hour) class.

(To be eligible to take the Armorers Course you must be an active/retired law enforcement or military officer, private security, GLOCK Stocking Dealer/Range Program Employee or current GSSF member.)

 

 

GLOCK FUNDAMENTALS COURSE (Entry Level Course)

COST $250

Learn everything you will need to begin your journey in the world of pistol marksmanship in this 1 day (8 Hour) course.

 

This training is designed and intended for entry level individuals who are seeking professional instruction on the safe and proper use of GLOCK firearms.

 

GLOCK will provide:

- The student will be provided with all firearms related equipment needed to safely complete the course.

- The student will receive a 1 year GLOCK Sport Shooting Foundation Membership and new member packet.

 

Students will provide:

- A belt capable of supporting the weight of the holster, pistol, and magazines.

- If the student wishes to bring their own GLOCK pistol, they will provide 200 rounds of factory loaded ammunition and a strong side holster that covers the trigger guard.

- Appropriate attire for the range is required.

 

To be eligible to take the GLOCK FUNDAMENTALS Course, you must meet one of the following requirements:

- Provide a Statement of NO Criminal History from a Law Enforcement agency or possess a current Concealed Carry Permit from your state.

- Students between the ages of 16 to 21 must have a parent or legal guardian present to attend this course.

 

 

GLOCK OPERATOR COURSE (2 Days)

2021 COST: $350

2022 COST: $400

Increase your knowledge and skills with your GLOCK in 2 Days (16 Hours).

 

This training course is designed and intended for public safety professionals who have successfully completed a basic pistol course and want to improve their skills. This course is not recommended for those who have not attended official training programs. This course is a dynamic shooting course that requires the ability to stand for long periods of time, shoot on the move, move into and recover quickly from kneeling and prone positions.

 

Students will bring:

- GLOCK Pistol

- 1,000 rounds of ammunition (NO RELOADS)

- 10 dummy rounds

- Eye and ear protection

- A quality strong side holster that covers the trigger and trigger guard

- Minimum of 3 magazine and 2 magazine pouches

- A belt to support the pistol and magazine pouches

- Duty Equipment Encouraged, but not required

 

To be eligible to take the GLOCK Operator Course, you must meet one of the following requirements:

- Active/Retired Law Enforcement or Military

- Private security

- Possess a current Concealed Carry Permit from your state

- Or provide a Statement of NO Criminal History from a Law Enforcement agency.

 

 

GLOCK MODULAR OPTIC SYSTEM (MOS) OPERATOR COURSE (2 Days)

COST $400

Increase your knowledge and skills with your GLOCK MOS Pistol in 2 days (16 Hours)

 

This course is designed to instruct shooters on the use of the GLOCK pistol with Red Dot Optics.

This course is a dynamic shooting course that requires the ability to stand for long periods of time, shoot on the move, move into and recover quickly from the kneeling and prone positions.

 

Students will bring:

- GLOCK MOS Pistol with Optic Mounted

- 1,000 rounds of ammunition (NO RELOADS)

- 10 dummy rounds

- Eye and ear protection

- A quality strong side holster that covers the trigger and trigger guard

- Minimum of 3 magazine and 2 magazine pouches

- A belt to support the pistol and magazine pouches

 

To be eligible to take the GLOCK MOS Operator Course, you must meet one of the following requirements:

- Active/Retired Law Enforcement or Military

- Private security

- Possess a current Concealed Carry Permit from your state

- Or provide a Statement of NO Criminal History from a Law Enforcement agency.

 

 

GLOCK LOW PROFILE CARRY COURSE (2 Days)

COST $500 (2 Days / 16 Hours)

Increase your knowledge and skills with concealed carry techniques for everyday carry. This course does not address Federal or State laws governing the use of deadly force.

 

This training course is not recommended for those who have not attended an official training program. This training course is designed for public safety professionals, military personnel, and law abiding citizens who want to improve their skills while carrying a concealed GLOCK pistol. This course is a dynamic shooting course that requires the ability to stand for long periods of time, present your pistol from a concealed holster, shoot on the move, move into and recover quickly from the kneeling and prone positions.

 

To be eligible to take the GLOCK Low Profile Carry Course, you must meet one of the following requirements:

- Active/Retired Law Enforcement or Military

- Private security

- Possess a current Concealed Carry Permit from your state

- Or provide a Statement of NO Criminal History from a Law Enforcement agency.

 

THIS IS NOT AN INTRODUCTORY COURSE. Attendees must have safe firearms handling practices.

 

GLOCK Professional, INC. representatives reserve the right to dismiss students who do not possess the basic skills required or demonstrate unsafe firearms handling procedures.

 

 

IW - Instructors workshop (2.5 Days)

2021 COST: $400

2022 COST: $500

 

This course is continuing education for current firearms instructors. 2.5 days (20 Hours)

 

Students will bring:

- GLOCK Pistol

- 1,000 rounds of ammunition (NO RELOADS)

- 10 dummy rounds

- Eye and ear protection

- A quality strong side holster that covers the trigger and trigger guard

- Minimum of 3 magazine and 2 magazine pouches

- A belt to support the pistol and magazine pouches

- Duty Equipment Encouraged, but not required

 

You are eligible to attend the GLOCK Instructors Workshop if you are one of the following:

- Current Law Enforcement/Military Instructor

- NRA-LE Certified Firearms Instructor

- Completed the GLOCK Operator Course with a level 2, 3, or 4 evaluation score.

 

 

GLOCK MODULAR OPTIC SYSTEM (MOS) INSTRUCTOR WORKSHOP (2.5 Days)

2021 COST: $450

2022 COST: $500

GLOCK MOS Pistol in 2.5 days (20 Hours)

 

This course is designed to assist Law Enforcement and Military Firearms Instructors with instructing shooters on the use of the GLOCK pistol with Red Dot Optics.

This course is a dynamic shooting course that requires the ability to stand for long periods of time, shoot on the move, move into and recover quickly from the kneeling and prone positions.

This course is continuing education for current LE and Military Firearms Instructors.

 

Students will bring:

- GLOCK MOS Pistol with Optic Mounted

- 1,000 rounds of ammunition (NO RELOADS)

- 10 dummy rounds

- Eye and ear protection

- A quality strong side holster that covers the trigger and trigger guard

- Minimum of 3 magazine and 2 magazine pouches

- A belt to support the pistol and magazine pouches

 

You are eligible to attend the GLOCK MOS Instructors Workshop if you are one of the following:

- Current Law Enforcement/Military Instructor

- NRA-LE Certified Firearms Instructor

- Completed the GLOCK Operator Course with a level 2, 3, or 4 evaluation score.

 

 

AA - Advanced Armorers Course (2 Days)

Beginning January of 2022 the Advanced Armourer course will only be available in Georgia.

COST $400

Two day (16 hour) class that goes beyond the basic armorers course and discusses advanced maintenance and service issues for the GLOCK pistol.

(Current armorers with at least 2 years experience are eligible for the Advanced Armorers Course (AA).)

 

 

G18 - GLOCK Model 18 Select-Fire Pistol Course (1 Day)

COST $350

One day (8 hour) class with suggestions of how to familiarize law enforcement officers with the G18 pistol.

(Current armorers whose agency issue the G-18 pistol are eligible for the G-18 (Select Fire) Course.)

 

GLOCK TRANSITION COURSE (Patrol Rifle to Pistol Transitions)

COST $600

Increase your knowledge and skills with your GLOCK pistol and Patrol Rifle in 3 Days (24 Hours).

 

This training course is designed and intended for Law Enforcement and Military professionals, active or reserve, who have successfully completed a basic pistol and patrol rifle course, who want to improve their skills. This course is not recommended for those who have not attended official training programs. This course is a dynamic shooting course that requires the ability to stand for long periods of time, shoot on the move, move into and recover quickly from kneeling and prone positions, as well as transition between the Patrol Rifle and Pistol Safely.

 

Students will bring:

- The student will provide a GLOCK pistol with no modification other than sights or external cosmetics. Pistols with modifications that could render the pistol less safe than it was originally produced are not allowed.

- The student will provide a serviceable Semi-Automatic Patrol styled rifle equipped a sling, without any modifications that make the rifle less safe than it was originally designed.

- The student will provide a strong side, belt supported holster which covers the trigger and trigger guard. Duty holsters are highly encouraged, but not required.

- The student will provide a magazine carrier(s) with or without flaps, capable of carrying two pistol magazines and two rifle magazines.

- The student will provide a minimum of 3 magazines for the pistol and 3 magazines for the rifle.

- The student will provide a belt capable of supporting the weight of the holster, pistol, and magazines.

- The student will provide eye protection, hearing protection, and a hat or ball cap with a brim or bill to prevent fired cases from landing behind the shooters glasses.

- The student will provide 1,000 rounds of factory loaded ammunition of the proper caliber for the pistol.

- The student will provide 500 rounds of factory loaded ammunition of the proper caliber for the rifle.

 

To be eligible to take the GLOCK Transition Course, you must meet one of the following requirements:

- Active/Reserve law enforcement / Military, Government Contractor or Armed Security.

- NO WAIVERS OF THESE REQUIREMENTS ARE PERMITTED.

 

GLOCK LOW LIGHT NO LIGHT COURSE

COST $500

Increase your knowledge and skills with your GLOCK Pistol with Pistol mounted and Handheld Light Sources in 2 days (16 Hours).

 

This course is designed to instruct shooters on the use of the GLOCK pistol while utilizing pistol mounted and handheld light sources.

This course is a dynamic shooting course that requires the ability to stand for long periods of time, shoot on the move, move into and recover quickly from the kneeling and prone positions.

 

Students will bring:

- The student will provide A GLOCK pistol, with a zeroed optic or iron sights. The pistol should not have any modifications other than sights or external cosmetics. Pistols with internal or external modifications that could render the pistol less safe than it was when originally produced are not allowed.

- The student will provide a strong side, belt supported holster which covers the trigger and trigger guard. Duty holsters are highly encouraged, but not required. The Holster must fit the pistol with the mounted white light source.

- The student will provide a Pistol Mounted White Light Source.

- The student will provide a Handheld White Light Source with belt attachment pouch.

- The student will provide a magazine carrier(s) with or without flaps, capable of carrying two magazines.

- The student will provide a minimum of 3 magazines.

- The student will provide a belt capable of supporting the weight of the holster, pistol, handheld light source and magazines.

- The student will provide eye protection, hearing protection, and a hat or ball cap with a brim or bill to prevent fired cases from landing behind the shooters glasses.

- The student will provide 1,000 rounds of factory loaded ammunition of the proper caliber.

 

To be eligible to take the GLOCK Low Light No Light Course, you must meet one of the following requirements:

- Active/Reserve Law Enforcement / Military, Government Contractor, Private security, or have completed a GLOCK Operator Course with a Level 2 or higher score on the GLOCK Standards Evaluation.

- NO WAIVERS OF THESE REQUIREMENTS ARE PERMITTED.
